Good afternoon, we have a little sunshine today after all the rain, I see a storm of some sort is on the way. I hit the 79 age yesterday and went out for a nice meal with my daughter, next year if I make it ? 80 not sure how I have lasted this long. Must be all the cake I eat because they have just told me my Cholesterol is fine which was a surprise .

   Good morning Foxy ---

Happy Happy Birthday

I hope all your dreams and wishes come true . If your like me

  I don't have many dreams and wishes at my age . I'm 86 , I find

that hard to believe , sometimes I feel like 100 but most times

I'm doing okay . My wish is that I could find a friend , a female

one , that is not complaining about all their problems all the time .

One that is willing to have a little fun, go hiking a bit , swimming

and do outside things . We have along winter so I want to enjoy

  outside when I can .

Cake will not hurt you Foxy , when I was growing up and didn't like

something my mother would always say , put sugar on it . To this day

I love tomatoes, celery and nice crisp lettuce with sugar on them .

I sprinkle sugar to my beans , jello and so many things . I don't have

a brown sugar sandwich any more lol . I was never overweight , I weight  more now then I ever did , around 145 lbs. . So I believe that all sweets are okay , they'll never hurt you , enjoy the cake .

♫ I Love Good Old Country Music ♫

Hello Bug, I have the same wish as you I would have liked to have found a female around my age and fit so able to walk the Dales with me rather then me having to go on my own. It makes it more enjoyable when you have someone to talk to as you are walking. My walks last around 4hrs so you need to be reasonably fit but they are not over strenuous so on a nice day great scenery and a good time, better the sitting at home looking out the window.
