Thank you Blue , it's a nice sunny day a bit cool , 

I've been home all day , no where to go . 

 Got lots of wishes on Facebook and phone calls .

I've been wondering about your eyes , how are they ?

  I got my film off on Thursday , everything is so bright

  and lots of floaters for about a week , then they 

 should be gone .I didn't drive for the last couple of days ,

 but maybe tomorrow I'll run away .

My vision has come back as good as it was before, which isnt very

 good. I need a lot of light on anything that I do. Just cant get

 enough light in the kitchen and my sewing days are over. I have

 driven this week, but only in my little world where I'm familiar with

 the area. I would never get on the intersate and drive a hundred miles.

Our 45th anniversary today and we are taking the kids, grand kids

and great grands out to eat for dinner at noon tomorrow $$$$$$ oh

 well, I cant take it with me and I would like to see them enjoy it and

 maybe they will remember the good time they had with us rather

 than the money I left them. Our oldest grand daughter is on the far

 western part of the state and cant get home. 

I am so sick of winter and we have another round of snow and ice

 coming in on early Monday morning (Sunday night)

The kids will remember the good times , the

 times spent together , they are the ones 

 that make great memories .

  I had to give up sewing a couple of years ago,

 I still can knit , I like the old plastic knitting needles ,

 the ones that bend a little I don't do good with the 

 steel ones or any that are hard .

 ya we got a 

late start, being we were both married before, 

 I just felt  

 like we  might not make it to 50 years, so why not celebrate on the

 45th instead ... if we are both here in 5 years, we can do it again 

We did the big party thing , with family & friends on our 35th .

 When we reached our 50th ,my husband was too sick to 

do anything . Its best to enjoy each anniversary , can't 

 have a big party each time it costs too much money .

 I like close family and a quite dinner at a nice restaurant , 

 those days are gone . That is what we had three weeks

 before he passed , it's one of my favorite memories .

ha ha, thats what I said too Bug, and my grandson said, "Your only as old as you feel" ... and I said "NO way, I AINT THAT OLD".  I guess we can be thankful that we are still here, we have a funeral on Sunday for a woman some years younger than us that just passed . She only lived a few weeks after finding out she had cancer. She was being treated for something else ... Dr. didnt know it was cancer till the very end ... now thats sad.. this is a song  her niece posted  ..
