In those days my music was around Brenda Lee, Connie, Elvis and a few singers from over here in the UK. Then a few years older I turned to country music and have stayed with it .

Re:Another star gone Date Posted:07/26/2025 6:50 PMCopy HTML Hi Foxy , good to hear from you , yes , so many of our good singers passing away . As the years go by and everyone is getting older ( not me ) lol . I'm only 88 , any day could be my last , but also so many young ones leaving us , age don't seem to matter . I've been busy this week , had some work done on the house , a couple of windows and new doors . The vinyl on a couple of my windows started to crumble , maybe from the salt in the air , the wind is always coming from the ocean . I had some good workers that cleaned up all the mess ,so glad that is done . I put so many cassettes tapes, in the garbage the pass couple of weeks, and still I got some to go . I stop sometimes and read the names, and get lost in memories , I got to just dump them and not think of the good music on them . I can still play them, but its too much work , and I don't transfer them to the computer no more . All the money that was spent on them , the CD's I had are also almost gone .but I got lots of mp3's on my computer . The old music is the best , not too many I like of the new singers . ♫ I Love Good Old Country Music ♫
